
Business Development Executive

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering and expanding relationships across banks, agri-businesses, and fintech stakeholders. The role focuses on driving business development through strategic engagement, ensuring seamless collaboration with existing partners, and identifying opportunities for value creation and market expansion—particularly in the financial inclusion and digital finance domains.
Key Responsibilities:- Corporate Relationship Management:
- Manage and strengthen ongoing relationships with banks, corporate clients, agri-businesses, and institutional partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of issues or escalations.
- Build trust and long-term value with clients through proactive communication, service excellence, and solution-oriented discussions.
- Industry Engagement:
- Nurture key contacts in the agri-industry and represent the company in discussions related to Agri-fintech collaboration.
- Provide support to strategic agri-related financial initiatives and maintain strong visibility in the agri-business ecosystem.
- Strategic Collaboration & Business Expansion:
- Identify, propose, and execute strategic initiatives that drive mutual business value for the company and its partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to co-develop solutions and financial products aligned with partner needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Market Intelligence:
- Maintain a deep understanding of fintech market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.
- Develop engagement plans for key partners and deliver tailored partnership strategies for each vertical (banking, agri, enterprise).
- Build and maintain a stakeholder map and relationship matrix to guide executive engagement.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Design & Execution:
- Design and drive the evolution of go-to-market strategies for corporate partners.
- Support product launches, market activations, and commercial negotiations with partners.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A strong understanding of financial services, digital payments, and agri-fintech domains is required for this role.
