About This Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a large organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among various departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement robust data quality management practices to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Oversee enrollment/retention strategies to optimize resource utilization.
  • Manage supply chain & logistics to ensure timely & efficient resource delivery.
  • Effectively handle vendor management to build/maintain strong partnerships.
  • Establish communication forums and channels to facilitate seamless internal communication.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of educational policies and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data & generate insights to drive operational efficiency.
  • Effective communication and advocacy skills.
  • Command in IT programs (excel, MS word, power point, Power BI etc).
  • Strong command over written & verbal communication, in English & Urdu.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration/ Operations Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
