Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our advertisement and event management initiatives. As the key figure in this role, you will be responsible for promoting the company's brand and image through strategic advertising and event planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to conceptualize and execute effective advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless content creation, design, and placement across various media channels.
  • Develop comprehensive project briefs, oversee pre-qualification processes, and recommend suitable vendors to ensure quality assurance and timely delivery.
  • Manage the development of banners, posters, standees, collaterals, and promotional materials, collaborating closely with designers and production teams to meet specific requirements.
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies to produce high-quality TV commercials and craft engaging media campaigns that align with the company's vision.
  • Provide guidance on selecting media platforms to maximize outreach to the target audience, while reviewing vendor performance and making informed decisions regarding their inclusion on the approved list.
  • Plan and execute company-wide events, ensuring successful outcomes and fostering effective liaison and cost negotiation processes with vendors.
  • Supervise a team of event management professionals to ensure smooth execution of activities within the organization, overseeing budgeting and invoicing for events organized by the company.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, as needed.
