Are you a master builder of digital solutions?

We are seeking an exceptional Solutions Architect to lead our software design endeavors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into a comprehensive software design blueprint.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  2. Provide technical guidance on user experience design, ensuring seamless integration with development teams.
  3. Develop essential artifacts to inform development teams, guaranteeing a cohesive design approach.
  4. Create a detailed Solutions Design Document to guide the development process.
  5. Ensure adherence to the established design during development and document any changes.
  6. Review and validate work produced by the development team.
  7. Offer expert training to developers and serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and the team.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution.
  2. At least 10 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer in multiple technologies.
  3. 4+ years of experience driving architecture & design decisions, including data modeling, application of design patterns, and design using third-party components.
  4. Ability to thrive in diverse stakeholder environments.
  5. Proven expertise in software engineering and architecture design, with a deep understanding of coding languages, operating systems, databases, and strong organizational leadership skills.
