
Administrative Assistant Job Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our team in Jhelum. As an administrative professional, you will be responsible for managing our daily activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating between our headquarters, regional offices, on-board drivers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate tasks with the Operations Head.
- Develop and maintain accurate databases, including financial records, reservation data, and contact lists of drivers and their emergency contacts.
- Properly tag assigned jobs with driver details in our software system.
- Regularly follow up with drivers regarding pick-up status, ideally three hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Monitor the status updates provided by drivers before, during, and after each ride.
- Track flights and coordinate with drivers at least an hour prior to the actual pick/drop time in case of early or delayed flights.
- Search for well-priced job opportunities on our partner dashboards (portals).
- Foster internal and external communication among the team and partners.
- Ensure timely communication and adherence to established protocols.
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Moderate knowledge of research and database management.
