We are seeking a skilled office support staff member to join our team in Jhelum. As an office support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with our headquarters, regional offices, on-board drivers, and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Operations Head with task coordination.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate databases, including financial records, reservation data, and contact lists of drivers and their emergency contacts.
  3. Ensure that all assigned jobs are properly tagged with driver details in our software system.
  4. Follow up with drivers regarding pick-up status, ideally three hours prior to the scheduled time.
  5. Monitor the status updates provided by drivers before, during, and after each ride.
  6. Track flights and coordinate with drivers at least an hour prior to the actual pick/drop time in case of early or delayed flights.
  7. Search for well-priced job opportunities on our partner dashboards (portals).
  8. Foster internal and external communication among the team and partners.
  9. Ensure timely communication and adherence to established protocols.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Moderate knowledge of research and database management.
