Job Opportunity: Business Growth Specialist

 

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding booking targets for the North American market.

 

You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of prospects at individual contributor and executive levels. This requires deep knowledge of network infrastructure and how to sell in complex environments.

 

This position demands 3+ years of successful solution sales experience, including at least 2+ years of selling network test, security, and visibility products and/or application and network performance solutions.

 

A strong understanding of competitive offerings is essential, as well as successful experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or challenger sales techniques.

 

The ideal candidate will be an assertive self-starter with a proven ability to build executive relationships, articulate business value, create demand, and close deals.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling network test, security, and visibility products and/or application and network performance solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Developing and maintaining active relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and customers.
  • Creating and executing strategies to meet or exceed quota targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support.

 

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and be willing to travel on short notice.
