Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Pakistan operations, fostering strategic growth and exceptional client service.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive expansion in Pakistan.
  • Identify new opportunities and markets to increase BESA Group's presence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.

Business Development:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Secure new partnerships and collaborations.
  • Represent BESA Group at industry events and conferences.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote BESA Group's services.
  • Organize educational fairs and school tours.

Client Services:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist student advisors with service delivery.
  • Support student advisors in providing counseling and advising services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Additional Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
