Job Overview:

Star Land Marketing Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Telesales Manager to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue, expanding our customer base, and developing a high-performing telesales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telesales Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing telesales team.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed, accurate sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Telesales Manager, Telesales Representative, Telemarketing Executive, or similar role in the Sales department.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; good time management and organizational skills; strong leadership skills; ability to multitask and handle stressful situations; highly motivated and detail-oriented individual; ability to work under pressure; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work independently and collaboratively; ability to offer excellent customer service.
