Job Title: Executive Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Training Coordinator.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of training schedules and calendars.
  • Execution and management of training sessions according to the schedule.
  • Presentation preparation, including development of information brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Follow-up with potential candidates and clients for course registrations.
  • Arrangement of study materials for trainings and courses.
  • Certificate preparation and distribution after course completion.
  • Coordination with the head office for training arrangements and execution.
  • Information management, including public dealing, telephone calls, email management, website management, and social media management.
  • Liaison with international and local certification bodies for courses.
  • Candidate registration for courses.
  • Preparation of official documents and letters.
  • Social media management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong time management and teamwork skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
