We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Training Coordinator.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of training schedules and calendars.
- Execution and management of training sessions according to the schedule.
- Presentation preparation, including development of information brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Follow-up with potential candidates and clients for course registrations.
- Arrangement of study materials for trainings and courses.
- Certificate preparation and distribution after course completion.
- Coordination with the head office for training arrangements and execution.
- Information management, including public dealing, telephone calls, email management, website management, and social media management.
- Liaison with international and local certification bodies for courses.
- Candidate registration for courses.
- Preparation of official documents and letters.
- Social media management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong time management and teamwork skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
