Executive Training & Coordination Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to fill the position of Executive Training & Coordination.

  • Key Duties:
  • Developing and implementing training schedules and plans.
  • Delivering high-quality training sessions and managing logistics.
  • Creating engaging presentation materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates to promote courses and events.
  • Organizing study materials and resources for trainings and courses.
  • Issuing certificates to participants upon course completion.
  • Collaborating with the head office to ensure seamless training delivery.
  • Managing information flow through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Negotiating with certification bodies for course recognition.
  • Registering candidates for courses and handling administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
