Job Overview

As a Strategic Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in how our platform engages with clients during the pre-sales process. You will understand customer business needs and craft solutions that align with those needs.

This position partners with Sales and Customer Success to present solutions, assist with change management, and support successful implementation of telematics solutions in client fleets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs and delivering compelling solutions.
  • Solution Development: Create and deliver customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives.
  • Client Engagement & Change Management: Guide clients through the change management process during telematics implementation, offering strategies for smooth adoption and integration into fleet operations.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and operations aligned with overall business goals.
  • Knowledge Management: Work with Post Sales Operations to maintain and update sales collateral and resources.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor effectiveness of sales initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
