Job Opportunity

A Human Resources Analyst is sought after by a leading organization in Pakistan to drive strategic initiatives and support business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing employee engagement, internal communication, learning and development, and employer branding initiatives across various functions.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement HR programs that align with the company's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage content/promotional materials for social media and digital presence
  • Support the implementation of annual training plans by coordinating with external vendors and internal facilitators
  • Gather, interpret, and present relevant HR data through dashboards and reports that inform decision-making
  • Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including Town Halls, HR Connects, and recognition programs
  • Design, develop, and distribute internal communication materials such as newsletters, email campaigns, and digital updates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in engagement, L&D, or internal communications
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with design tools is a plus
