Marketing Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team at Usman Bottlers Distribution.

Job Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

This includes managing social media campaigns, analyzing market data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong passion for the beverage industry.

Key Accountabilities Include:

">Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Identify opportunities to improve sales performance, develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that meet business objectives.

">Analyze Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with current trends and challenges in the beverage industry, analyze market data to inform marketing decisions.

">Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work effectively with sales teams, distributors, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

">Think Creatively: Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, think outside the box to drive business growth.

">Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and customer behavior patterns.

">Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field such as Business Administration.
  • Proven track record of experience as a Marketing Supervisor or equivalent role in the industry, preferably with expertise in beverage distribution.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and social media management strategies.
