We are seeking driven professionals to join our growing team as Sales Development Representatives.

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients across the US.
  • Engaging decision makers in persuasive conversations to introduce company services.
  • Qualifying leads by identifying client needs and potential fit.
  • Scheduling appointments, product demos, or follow-up calls for senior sales staff.
  • Logging all activities and conversations accurately in the CRM system.
  • Generating and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • FOLLOWING UP ON WARM LEADS AND NURURING PROSPECTS UNTIL THEY ARE READY FOR CONVERSION.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, improve outreach strategies, and hit weekly/monthly targets.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
  • Strong background in outbound prospecting, cold calling, or tele sales.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new platforms and digital tools.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present value propositions confidently.
