Brand Marketing Professional

This is a challenging opportunity to spearhead the development and maintenance of brand equity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing annual and long-term marketing innovation, strategic planning, and brand plans that align with business goals.

A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong experience in brand management, market research, and digital marketing. The ability to analyze customer and market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be able to develop and maintain category marketing strategies that drive market growth through effective brand vision, style guides, and value proposition. A passion for mining qualitative and quantitative data to identify ownable insights is critical. Tenacity to align internal stakeholders and challenge the status quo is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual and long-term marketing innovation, strategic planning, and brand plans
  • Analyze customer and market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Create and maintain category marketing strategies to drive market growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver 360° marketing campaigns
  • Manage and develop brand assets to ensure consistency and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
