Job Opportunity: QA Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of software testing. As a Junior QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through manual testing, bug reporting, and verification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing test cases and analyzing results with precision.
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure seamless integration and problem-solving.
  • Maintaining test plans and cases to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Performing regression testing to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Contributing to the improvement of the QA process by implementing effective solutions.
  • Designing testing activities that cover all aspects of software functionality.
  • Automating tests using Python and other tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Recreating customer-reported issues to provide actionable feedback.
  • Providing usability and documentation feedback to inform product development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of software testing.

Other Requirements:
  • Strong reporting skills, including written, visual, and vocal communication.
  • Experience with automation tools, such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.
