English Language Expert Position

We are seeking a highly skilled English language expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in English Literature or a related field, with a focus on language proficiency assessment and research.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting English language assessments for new and existing employees, including those whom we interview. They will also work as a team member contributing to quality service delivery through daily call quality monitoring of all employees.

The role involves coaching and mentoring staff to improve their English skills, as well as providing customer services training specific to UK culture and UK English language. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing auto-scored English language proficiency assessments to ensure job applicants can properly communicate with customers worldwide.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess excellent written and spoken English skills, be familiar with UK English language dialect, and have at least 4-5 years of experience in English teaching, preferably in IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English Exams. IELTS/CEFR certification and experience in coaching accent and grammar are also required.
