Job Description:

A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading our digital marketing initiatives and driving the growth of our online presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales across various online channels.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  4. Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. SEO Strategies: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase visibility, and drive qualified traffic to our website.
  7. Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for digital channels to attract and retain customers and enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
  8. Online Reputation: Monitor and manage online reputation and customer reviews, responding promptly to feedback and inquiries to maintain a positive brand image.
  9. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and consumer behavior.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and online retail.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and email marketing software.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  8. Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
