The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. They will also possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as leadership qualities to motivate and guide the team.

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify prospective clients interested in real estate investment opportunities.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the unique selling points of our housing projects.
  • Digital Marketing: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing techniques and trends in the Pakistani real estate sector to drive online visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the existing team of associates, assisting them in achieving their sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering on promises.
