Job Summary:

A talented professional with expertise in managing complicated manufacturing processes to drive operational efficiency and maintain quality excellence. Key responsibilities include creating and managing production schedules, monitoring daily activities, maintaining standard operating procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role emphasizes resource optimization, workflow enhancement, and collaborative efforts to meet production objectives effectively. It requires a strong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and DRAP regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure cost-effective operations through lean manufacturing practices.
  • Maintaining a clear understanding of sterile production area requirements and addressing issues related to contamination control and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to address any issues or deviations from required quality standards.
  • Managing and training production staff to maintain productivity, safety, and adherence to established procedures.

Required Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, biomedical, or related field is required; a master's degree is a plus. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in production management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environment, is necessary.

Key Skills:

  • Familiarity with wound care dressings, pain relief patches, and surgical bandages & tapes, sterilization processes (e.g., Electron Beam, Gamma Radiation).
  • Working knowledge of GMP/ISO standards and DRAP regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
