Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to oversee the delivery of web development projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project management and software development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope and create clear instructions for the design and development team.
  • Drive delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to schedule.
  • Communicate project objectives and success criteria to the team.
  • Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Assure that all projects are completed according to schedule.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Lead client meetings as required.
  • Develop quality assurance processes and documentation, and assist with testing where needed.
  • Develop and maintain risk plans, ensuring timely mitigation of high-risk items.
  • Monitor and report on key project metrics used to measure project delivery and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or other technical field preferred.
  • Experience with project management approaches, including standard SDLC and PM methodologies (waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
  • Project management experience managing infrastructure projects.
  • 3-5 years of past development experience in web development.
