Job Title: Project Manager

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering is required for this role.

We seek an experienced professional to lead our software development team using Agile methodologies.

We develop video content management systems for leading companies worldwide and are recognized in the industry. Our systems enable customers to deliver live and on-demand video streaming, store and share multimedia content, and perform video and audio analysis using machine learning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sprints focused on developing new product features and customizations for our clients. You'll work closely with stakeholders to meet goals and provide necessary guidance to the cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development of new product features from inception to delivery using SCRUM development process.
  • Perform sprint planning activities and produce sprint artifacts.
  • Work with Product Owner and Engineering team defining, documenting sprint activities, and tasks.
  • Track task status and provide updates to clients and/or management.
  • Represent the project team at meetings and reviews.
  • Provide guidance to the team for their success.
  • Coordinate program and system meetings and reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile tools like TFS (DevOps) or Jira.
  • Previous experience leading an Agile software development team.
  • Experience working in a team developing enterprise-grade web and cloud technology.
  • Familiarity with latest web and cloud technology trends.
  • Strong developer background and understanding of various technologies stack.
