Software Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled software development lead to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of new features and enhancements to existing applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using C#,.NET 4.5+, .NET Core,.NET 6, SQL,MongoDB, ASP.NET, MVC, Rest APIs,WCF,JavaScript,
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements to existing applications.
  3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  4. Participate in sprint planning,daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in C#, .NET 4.5+, .NET Core, .NET 6, SQL, MongoDB, ASP.NET, MVC, Rest APIs, WCF, JavaScript,
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in software development using C#, .NET 4.5+, .NET Core, .NET 6, SQL, MongoDB, ASP.NET, MVC, Rest APIs, WCF, JavaScript,
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
