Job Description: As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our teams to enhance customer service processes and participate in training and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their queries and provide top-quality support
  • Work closely with teams to improve customer service processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Able to work in night shifts
