Job Title: Ecommerce Executive

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing all aspects of e-commerce operations.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

The selected candidate will be responsible for confirming customer orders, resolving order issues, and coordinating with suppliers to replenish stock. They will also be required to perform data entry tasks as part of their daily responsibilities.

In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will need to have basic knowledge of spreadsheets such as Google Sheets and demonstrate good time management skills.
