Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Tenant Experience Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to providing exceptional service to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertise available properties on various online portals and respond promptly to tenant inquiries.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, handle tenant referencing, and oversee lease signings.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties.
  • Coordinate leasing activities including tenant communication, onboarding, and renewals.
  • Arrange regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments to rental rates as required.
  • Address tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant UK property laws and regulations.
  • Handle eviction processes and general property-related inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in property management or a related customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with property management software and platforms.
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident communicator with strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to upsell services where appropriate.
  • Professional phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be comfortable working during UK business hours.
