We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team in Pakistan.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for standard-wise and region-wise sales.
  • Generate sales inquiries as per company handbook policy.
  • Dispatch approved certification proposals and contract agreements to concerned clients.
  • Meet deadlines and business objectives set by the BUH - LTC.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including information security policy.
  • Develop and design annual sales plan to target the food industry for assigned regions.
  • Develop and administer sales database, including client-related information, mailing lists, and contact details related to the food industry.
  • Maintain accurate and transparent inquiry logs at all times.
  • Approach potential clients through introductory letters, emails, phone calls, social media networks, personal contacts, yellow pages, chamber of commerce, associations, etc.
  • Send minimum 10 potential letters/emails per day.
  • Maintain an inquiry log of such activities.
  • Develop and maintain contacts and records of potential clients (either seeking or may be interested in food certification in the future) of the Business Industry.
  • Prepare and submit preliminary documentation, including inquiry forms, proposals, and contract agreements.
  • Invoice clients for initial advance.
  • Sent introductory packs.
  • Record keeping of all the above activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales budget and targets.
  • Identify potential companies and contact prospective clients to sell International's certification and sign up for new business.
  • Adopt effective sales letter writing and telemarketing as inquiry-generating tools.
  • Develop and maintain healthy business relationships with all business specialists within assigned regions.

  • Highly Motivated & Energetic with huge appetite for work & growth.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools particularly expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results. They will also have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
