Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive business results.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT Sector, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment goals and driving business results.
