Property Sales Manager Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Sales Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager-Project Sales, you will be responsible for selling property units, conducting site visits, and providing demonstrations to clients while ensuring timely closure of deals.

Essential Duties:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Qualifications:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience in property sales or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
