Job Title: PowerShell Expert

At M365Connect, we are seeking an experienced PowerShell Scripting Specialist to join our team. This role combines technical support with educational mentorship and requires expertise in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Windows Server, and M365 capabilities including Azure.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing, testing, implementing, and optimizing PowerShell scripts to automate scheduled tasks, enhance system functionality, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, implement, and optimize PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, enhance system functionality, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft environments, ensuring seamless performance and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and recruitment teams to understand automation needs and develop solutions to streamline processes.
  • Conduct personalized training sessions to teach PowerShell to team members, adapting content to varying levels of expertise.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in PowerShell scripting with a portfolio of scripts or projects to demonstrate skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server as well as M365 capabilities including Azure.
  • Experience in teaching or mentoring individuals in technical subjects, preferably PowerShell.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical team members.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
