
Front Desk and Client Services Coordinator

A highly skilled and experienced Receptionist and Admin Officer is required to perform various administrative duties and provide exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in client dealing and follow-ups. Fluency in English is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is also required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and answer phone calls.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
Additional responsibilities include handling office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary, and maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area. As the first point of contact for clients, the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, address inquiries, and provide information as needed. Follow-up activities will involve ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
