
Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled front desk coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, visitors, and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome individuals in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries, distribute them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and flow of information.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work independently and be a proactive problem solver.
