Our team is looking for a skilled Front Desk Officer to provide exceptional customer service and support at our medical laboratory. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, handling patient interactions, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including reception, billing, and appointment scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements
- Intermediate/A-Level education or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or medical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
