Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Services: Greet and welcome visitors, providing a positive first impression of our organization.
  2. Communication: Respond to inquiries, address complaints, and direct incoming calls accordingly.
  3. Mail and Package Management: Receive, distribute, and prepare outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
  4. Email Management: Check, sort, and forward emails efficiently.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain updated records and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  6. Financial Oversight: Monitor office expenses and costs, identifying areas for improvement.
  7. Administrative Support: Perform additional duties as assigned, including travel arrangements and scheduling.

Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar position, knowledge of office software and equipment, and a friendly, approachable demeanor are highly valued.
