Job Title: Project Support Specialist

As a key member of our project management team, the Project Support Specialist will play a vital role in facilitating the effective and efficient management of projects.

  • Preparation of project schedules and other project-related documents on the advice of the project manager and with input from relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordination with team members on project activities assigned by the project manager.
  • Assistance to the project manager in recording/circulating action items and following up on tasks and issue resolution.
  • Facilitation of the project manager in project communication and reporting.
  • Collection, compilation, analysis, and reporting of project and process data to facilitate informed decision-making by the project manager.
  • Support to the project manager in tracking project progress.
  • Facilitation of process assurance and other process-related activities related to assigned projects.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a good understanding of basic project management functions, good analytical skills, and be a team player with good interpersonal skills. The ability to perform under stress and aggressive deadlines, self-organization, and planning ahead are also essential. Proficiency in MS Project or related tools and MS Office is required.
