About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Inverter Technician to join our team. As an Inverter Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose faults and perform repairs on various brands and models of solar inverters, including string, central, hybrid, and micro-inverters.
  • Maintenance and Upgrades: Conduct routine maintenance, firmware updates, and performance testing of inverters to ensure optimal system efficiency.
  • Repair and Replacement: Perform bench-level and on-site inverter repairs and part replacements using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Troubleshooting and Communication: Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot system performance issues and communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs, timelines, and system performance.
  • Service Records and Reporting: Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for each job to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for seamless repair and maintenance processes.
  • Industry Knowledge and Compliance: Stay updated on the latest inverter technologies, industry standards, and safety regulations to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies during field visits and lab repairs.
