Job Summary

Maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment is crucial for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Engineering professionals in this role develop designs for facilities that meet the needs of the organization, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance and Repair: Ensure all machinery and equipment are in good working condition through regular maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime and optimizing resource allocation.

Facility Design: Design and develop facilities that cater to the organization's requirements, incorporating innovative solutions and best practices.

Qualification and Calibration: Validate and qualify equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high levels of quality and safety.

Spares Management: Control and manage engineering spares and equipment to prevent stockouts and minimize unnecessary costs.

Contractor Management: Oversee the management of engineering contractors to guarantee timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.

Documentation and Records: Approve and control engineering-related documents, drawings, and procedures, as well as maintain accurate records of equipment manuals and other critical information.

Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, leveraging data analytics skills to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.

Requirements

Technical Expertise: Possess expert-level knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Installation of Pharma Machines & Equipment, applying theoretical concepts to real-world problems.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership, teambuilding, and mentoring skills to motivate and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Communication Skills: Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients, promoting open dialogue and clear understanding.

Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions, driving business growth and improvement.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics skills and experience to inform business decisions and drive process improvements, making data-driven choices to optimize operations.
