Job Title: Learning & Development Professional

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Learning & Development Manager to lead our organizational learning strategies.

This key role involves designing and executing impactful development programs that foster employee growth, improve performance, and drive engagement across all levels of the business.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about continuous learning, have strong leadership capabilities, and possess a deep understanding of adult learning methodologies and performance improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Learning Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive learning plans aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct Skills Gap Analyses: Identify future learning needs through thorough skills gap analyses.
  • Lead Development Programs: Create and deliver leadership, technical, and soft skills development programs.
  • LMS Management: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, user tracking, and reporting.
  • Alignment with Strategic Priorities: Partner with department heads and senior management to ensure alignment of learning with strategic priorities.
  • Employee Engagement and Career Development: Drive employee engagement and career development initiatives.
  • Evaluation of Learning Programs: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Onboarding Programs: Oversee onboarding programs and enhance employee integration and early engagement.
  • Stay Current with Industry Best Practices: Stay current with industry best practices and integrate innovative learning technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in learning and development, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Leadership and Coaching Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills.
  • e-Learning Experience: Experience with e-learning platforms, instructional design, and LMS administration.
  • Facilitation and Communication Skills: Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Certifications: Certifications such as CIPD Level 5/7, SHRM-CP/SCP, ATD, or equivalent.

Work Mode: Work from office.

Location: Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
