
Employee Learning Strategist

**Professional Development Specialist Position:**
This role is focused on supporting the enhancement of employee capabilities through targeted CPD programs. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and coordination skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Plan and coordinate CPD programs across departments
- Record and track employee participation and progress in CPD activities
- Collaborate with internal and external trainers to develop subject-specific learning modules
- Sustain and improve professional development pathways and learning materials
- Cultivate and maintain compliance with CPD policies and professional standards
- Analyze and implement feedback from CPD sessions to drive continuous improvement
- Staying current with industry and regulatory CPD requirements
- Foster integration of CPD initiatives with the company's overall learning and development strategy
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in professional development, training coordination, or related HR roles
- Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles (desired)
- Effective communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and familiarity with LMS platforms
