As a seasoned security expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our financial systems. You will design, develop, and troubleshoot cutting-edge security solutions that meet client requirements while maintaining the highest level of security.

Job Responsibilities
  • Solution Development: Utilize your expertise to create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that operate synchronously with relevant systems.
  • Threat Assessment: Analyze and correlate incident data using specialized tools (e.g., vulnerability scanners) to identify and assess potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead initiatives on security awareness, training, and educational activities to foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within the team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Technical Expertise: Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of practical experience in software applications and technical processes within a specific discipline.
  • Coding Proficiency: Proficiency in coding with Java and Python, with practical hands-on experience.
  • Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, including foundational knowledge of software systems and design principles.
  • Security Protocols: Basic understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization.
  • Technical Tools: Experience with Trino, Redis, Iceberg, Hive, and Hive Metastore.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
  • Cloud Technologies: Exposure to cloud technologies, particularly AWS and AWS EKS, with a deep understanding of Kubernetes.
  • Distributed Systems: Familiarity with distributed systems and the Big Data ecosystem.
  • Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and Grafana.
  • Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Data Processing Engines: Understanding of data processing engines such as Spark, Trino, and Presto.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security best practices.
