We are seeking a sales professional for a UK-based inbound travel agency sales campaign.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an attractive telephone voice and exceptional sales skills.

A bachelors degree is required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responding to inbound sales inquiries over the phone and email.
  • Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer satisfaction and subsequently a high conversion percentage.
  • The candidate MUST have an English accent that is either neutral or native to the UK
  • The candidate MUST be driven and motivated and must be willing and able to achieve challenging sales targets.
  • The candidate must be well organized and possess an excellent work ethic.
  • The nature of work will require handling multiple customers and multiple follow-ups, disciplined working habits are a must.

Job Specifications
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Candidates with a background of O-level & A-Level will be preferred.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Should be target oriented, hard-working, and punctual
  • Able to work in night shift
  • Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience in a UK or US campaign.

Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply

The job involves evening shifts from 2 pm till 11 pm.
