About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Development Role. In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including campaign execution, content creation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and organizing marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data tracking and reporting tools.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and engage with the company's social media presence.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn.
