Hiring Tax Controller - Customer Support Specialist - KHI Onsite

Job Description:

  1. We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Controller to join our team and provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financial services.

  2. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards in customer interactions and responses, guiding clients on federal, state, and local tax compliance requirements.

  3. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting tax documentation issues, staying updated on changes in U.S. tax regulations, and communicating relevant updates to clients.

  4. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist customers with utilizing tax software and tools for their tax filings, provide educational resources to improve clients' understanding of tax obligations and compliance, and advise on tax deadlines, payment schedules, and refund processes.

  5. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-centric approach, and ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

  6. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, proven experience in an international customer support role, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  7. Technical skills include proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience using Google Sheets & Docs.
