
Executive Support Specialist

This role involves providing top-notch support to a senior executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Coordinate the executive's schedule, prioritizing tasks and avoiding conflicts.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, including drafting agendas and preparing materials.
- Communication Liaison: Manage correspondence on behalf of the executive, ensuring clear communication.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including accommodations and itineraries.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Perform tasks such as filing, expense reporting, and maintaining office supplies.
- Bachelor's Degree and Experience: A bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Communication Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Tools: Familiarity with specific tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace is a plus.
