Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our LAN/WAN infrastructure. This includes managing routers, switches, wireless access points, and structured cabling.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing Windows-based server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Services, and Group Policy management.

In addition, they will monitor and respond to security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents across the network and systems.

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless access points, and structured cabling
  • Oversee Windows-based server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Services, and Group Policy management
  • Monitor and respond to security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents across the network and systems
  • Lead infrastructure-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new property setups
  • Conduct periodic security audits and support compliance with internal IT governance and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure management
  • Strong technical expertise in LAN/WAN infrastructure, Windows-based server infrastructure, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
