In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and staff members, answering phone calls, and managing the front desk area. You will also be responsible for receiving and sorting daily mail, deliveries, and courier shipments, as well as maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong organizational and multitasking skillset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications for this position include a minimum of an Intermediate education level, preferably a Graduate degree. At least one year of experience in a similar or relevant job role is also required.

Skills required for this position include good communication in English & Urdu, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of office management systems.
