Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

Our organization seeks a diligent and meticulous Quality Assurance Professional to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance within our Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) operating in rural Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to guarantee adherence to healthcare regulations and standards within the MMUs.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of MMU operations, patient care, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement in MMU services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and execute quality improvement initiatives for the MMUs.
  • Provide training and education to MMU staff on quality standards and best practices to elevate their knowledge and skills.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and complaints in the field to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities and findings related to the MMUs.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in healthcare quality standards and regulations to remain current and competitive.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, quality management, or a related field to provide a solid foundation for the role.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Officer or in a similar quality assurance position in healthcare to demonstrate expertise and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices to ensure adherence to industry benchmarks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to critically evaluate complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to leverage technology and enhance productivity.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work in non-standard conditions in rural areas and travel to various field locations to adapt to changing environments.
