User Acquisition Marketer Job Description

At Fanawar IT, we are seeking a skilled User Acquisition (UA) Marketer to lead and scale our paid install campaigns globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid user acquisition strategies across various ad platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid install campaigns for Android apps across Google Ads, Meta, Unity Ads, and other major UA channels.
  • Manage and optimize Google UAC, AdMob, and other major UA channels to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze Play Console KPIs, install trends, retention, ROAS, and LTV to inform campaign decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and placements to improve campaign performance.
  • Utilize Firebase for audience segmentation, analytics, Remote Config, and A/B testing to optimize user acquisition efforts.
  • Track and attribute campaign performance using MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
  • Collaborate with monetization and product teams to ensure effective ad mediation and revenue optimization.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and insights to guide campaign decisions and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UA for mobile apps.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, AdMob, and Play Console KPIs.
  • Proficiency with Firebase, Google Analytics.
  • Experience with leading MMP platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer).
  • Familiarity with ad mediation platforms (e.g., ironSource, AdMob Mediation, MAX).
  • Deep understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention, and performance KPIs.
  • Creative mindset for testing new UA strategies and ad formats.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and monetization teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with App launch campaigns.
  • Understanding of organic growth strategies (ASO).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or creative optimization tools.
