This is a chance to excel as a User Acquisition (UA) Marketer.

Location: Rawalpindi Cantonment, Pakistan

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled UA marketer to develop and execute paid user acquisition strategies across various ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute paid install campaigns for Android apps on Google Ads, Meta, Unity Ads, and other channels.
  • Manage and optimize UA channels including Google UAC, AdMob, and others.
  • Monitor and analyze Play Console KPIs, install trends, retention, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and placements to improve performance.
  • Utilize Firebase for audience segmentation, analytics, Remote Config, and A/B testing.
  • Track campaign performance using MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch etc.
  • Collaborate with monetization and product teams to ensure effective ad mediation and revenue optimization.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and insights to guide campaign decisions.
  • Stay updated on latest UA trends, privacy regulations, and algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UA for mobile apps.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, AdMob, and Play Console KPIs.
  • Proficiency with Firebase, Google Analytics.
  • Experience with leading MMP platforms like Adjust, AppsFlyer.
  • Familiarity with ad mediation platforms like ironSource, AdMob Mediation, MAX etc.
  • Deep understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention, and performance KPIs.
  • Creative mindset for testing new UA strategies and ad formats.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and monetization teams.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with App launch campaigns.
  • Understanding of organic growth strategies (ASO).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or creative optimization tools.
